I am still tossing around the best tactics.
I am thinking that a NO vote to the merger will send a big message to the GSR BOD and the HRZ BOD.
GSR BOD won't get their Extorted shares and HRZ can put in a real offer for GSR if they want it.
I am sure if the GSR BOD back down on wanting their Extorted shares and HRZ makes a real offer, everyone will be happy, and the merger will go ahead.
