I'd say a logical decision which could have been made by AI, Espinsight. It's a reasonable move and hence a 'good' one.The problem is the advantage being taken by the GSR Board to enrich themselves at our expense. Their action is unconscionable and should be in breach of some regulation or other.
I'd hazard a guess and say it comes under the heading of constructive fraud or breach of contract. That is, claiming performance credits for non-performance.
But unless the 'sheriff' decides to do something about it, a remedy can only be enforced by shareholders taking legal steps on their own behalf.I've stated before,I'm willing to contribute towards a legal opinion as to steps which can be taken. But there seems to be a general reluctance to go down this path.Something which I suspect the BoDs rely on. Otherwise, its a beneficial move which the GSR BoDs have put a price tag on.
