Anyone shareholder associated with either company would be rightly pissed off with the manipulation and lack of action over an extended period for both companies, however the market reactions for both HRZ and GSR since these two HRZ binding agreements were announced have been markedly positive in the days since. Personally, in the cold light of day, I am more than happy to see the merger happen and to then consider any legal pursuit re the 'performance' rights.
I reflect upon the strong probability that this merger agreement has probably been in the wind for some time and, as trading records in both companies attest to, they have both left respective sp lows behind since late last year. Indeed, in the last 6 months or so HRZ is up about 70% and GSR up 140% at this point. In reality not too shabby considering the likely alternative path arguably.
A strengthened HRZ after the merger will look even more desirable to others who have not yet recognized the potential imho. esp.
