I am not a holder of HRZ and I have a substantial holding in GSR which when merged as a holding in HRZ will see the present 1.2c market value instantly worth 1.5c approximately (as verified by Lowkey) based on HRZ's 5.2c value. This equates roughly to a 25% increase, thank you.
These figures can change of course very quickly, however to entice GSR investors into the merger, I doubt that we will see GSR much closer to parity with HRZ, unless, as Lowkey has intimated, HRZ makes another substantial announcement, in the final weeks. That would bolster HRZ's sp and likely see a surge in GSR's sp largely based upon the merger agreed .02826 arrangement.
