Correct me if I am way off-course however roughly for 4 GSR...

Correct me if I am way off-course however roughly for 4 GSR shares we will receive approx 1.15 HRZ shares.
4 GSR shares today (at 1.2c) are worth about 4.8c and 1.15 HRZ shares (at 5.3c) are worthy approx 6c.
GSR traded about $27K and HRZ traded at about $52K, (GSR traded roughly half the value of HRZ).

All ball-park/ back of an envelope stuff, but I personally see shareholder value and if I was looking get on board this soon to be merged entity either as a new investor or someone looking to increase their HRZ holding then the math could well swing an investment towards GSR at this point anyway. Yes/No?
