By the looks of the share price plays,the GSR s.p is being kept below what it should be given the HRZ s.p. One poster has already told us they've sold out of HRZ and gone into GSR in order to take advantage of the discrepancy. Obviously, he/she will be in favour of the merger. If others have done so, then pro-merger votes will be increased. Coincidence? Or am I reading too much into it?
