But if the 'sheriff' is not interested in what goes on in this sector of the market,they'd have carte blanche.If by chance, the government decided to get tough on white collar crime,and cracked down on all the dodgy stuff that's been going on, even for the past seven years,they'd have to build extra jails. Mind you, if the government then recouped all their ill-gotten gains,it would have surplus budgets way into the future.
