Not sure why you're thinking it's not great? It's not a forecast of an order. It's a second order.
They had an initial order for 5000 units and now Lendlease have come back with a second order for another 5000 units. Validation that they're happy with the initial order and hopefully a sign that there will more order announcements to come.
All that aside, I would also love to know more detail on how they come up with the 'value' of these orders. That bit is very unclear.
