re: Ann: HSK signs Sale Agreement for Alberta...
Well Bilko, It is hard for anyone to accurately predict the shareprice of a company and as with any development there is always the potential for things to go wrong. That said it is a brownfields (means it's already been partially mined) project, which already has infrastructure in place. They are using a conservative 65m dollars profit over the next 20 years. There is potential that they are sitting on alot more resource then outlined in their JORC, but to be conservative we will go with the JORC confirmed figures. They are also working on 300kt a year which could easily be ramped up once the plant has been opperational and there are no problems.
so 65million over 20 years. currant market cap = 16.57m @ 10c
shares on issue = 16570000 / .10 = 165700000
65000000 / 165700000 = 0.392
So between now and 20 years time the shareprice should reach 0.392 .... but of course there is potential for up side which would improve this figure dramatically... but there is also the potential of problems with the new plant and other such delays althogh the quality of sand is good so should mitigate against falls in the per tonne price as they have "preferred provider status"
not investment advice, but just bouncing some figures around so that you can see how pricing works and potential. Would be interested in others pricing maths as well if anyone can be bothered.
i watch eagerly for any pull backs...
