Very good points. Once the trial is finalised the results are usually published in a peer reviewed independent magazine. Scientifically, this will provide the most credence. But, Ian Frazer alone, being involved should already carry good weight there.
AhZ would be farming out a much deeper analysis of the results to potential partners if they are serious about a cash injection from a partnership.
