Hello MandB ... yes you are right ... except that that when our sales team presented this wonderous new advance in hole-in-the-heart surgery for babies hardly anybody cared.... instead of the assumed rapid take up Cardiocell was (and still is) largely ignored. Why? We don't know because of secrecy from our sales department .... BUT ... had the assumed rapid market take-up occurred, we would have been cash flow positive maybe a year or so ago and recent dramas not necessary.
