If it were a failure, you would have heard about it by now in form of announcement. There'd be no need for a webinar, just a statement explains: viral shedding not reduced enough, vaccine failure. Won't continue to trial phase 3. The end.
This is a platform tech with HPV along with it. More complicated. Likely, any collar is complicated and needs some explanation. Unlikely to be optimal outcome with millions that people want, but not failure.
