Im no ASX guru, but to me 30 -33 cents was always a buy.
No more cap raises, SP as had about 5 dead cat bounces at the bottom and does not look like it would ever go under .28 again.
Even if the Vax is a dud i don't know how the company can lose value from here, revenue increasing by a lot every year and almost time for profits!
