As I described today, Opsivity comes at a time that the field technology industry is facing a lot of challenges. This is a large market sector with more than 600 million workers across the heavy and light industry sectors with many organizations facing labor shortages, hurting productivity and the bottom line. As baby boomers retire, their roles are filled by younger workers who will expect digital tools instead of books, pens, and note pads. And the industry already faces the challenge of aging technology.
Opsivity helps alleviate these problems by using an AI-infused knowledgebase to grow problem-solving expertise across their organization to solve technical issues faster and reduce costly equipment downtime and improve operational productivity. And, of course, our company is wholly owned byHarvest Technology Group, which has perfected streaming video/voice/data over existing, low bandwidth networks for customers with remote operations in isolated, dangerous environments, which we intend to enable for the Opsivity platform to help field technicians with their connectivity challenges.
