Despite the flak you're copping I think your concern at two Directors resigning is well warranted. Could be easily construed as 'jumping ship' or at the least Board cohesion problems with respect to strategy/direction or management performance. It's often a red flag & to ignore it would be careless & foolhardy. I'm not comfortable with it especially with the omission of any reasoning. When the market is left guessing it usually runs and it did & there's been no on market buying from insiders even at these levels. Make of that what you will....
