White labelling is what I thought as well. You are right about the imminent launch of SmartView.

I also reached out to Speedcast for details on SmartView.

They kindly replied:

Per your inquiry, Speedcast’s SmartView solution is ideal for customers across energy, maritime, mining, and telecommunications. Harvest announced the agreement on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as part of their disclosure requirement. Speedcast will officially launch SmartView in November, at which point, additional external materials will be made available.

So something else to look forward to, and for the market to wake up to!

That's for now, although I do wonder when we will hear something about the AST partnership.
