The raise gives them some breathing space but for what exactly? "Growth" they say? Believe it if you will. I don't. If there was something in the works surely the insiders would have put their hands in their pockets for something.....anything!..... but no. It's pretty black and white now as other posters have said, their product has been in the market place with industry titans for years now but nothing by way of a single commercially meaningful contract. Either there's a market for it, or not. The 5 Eyes pump was more of the same, a pump prior to a desperation raise......chuck in/allude to a serious potential customer, crumbs for $ revenue (again) and the skies the limit for potential. They've burnt just about all the market goodwill they had as evidenced by the share price. Surely considering the time they've had product embedded with industry leading users it would have earned itself at least a decent niche in the wider marketplace, enough to pay the bills let alone a return for shareholders. It hasn't. Nice story, was loaded with potential but just hasn't played out favourably and that's the way it is with novel high risk tech or anything really- if it finds a place it returns many times over, if it doesn't it'll be worth shell value.
