Alto Capital did well to raise almost $2million after fees but I'm wondering who they managed to pass this off to? Not a single share taken up by insiders in the raise at record low pricing, says everything really & no mention of BoD or Exec's intent to taking up their rights either. Sold the last of the small balance I still retained today.
