I think this takes the pressure off PG to contribute further capital himself as generally there's less scrutiny/focus on senior management that are not on the Board. He simply may be "tapped out". The market would generally want a founder on the Board in the role of MD to effectively lead from the front or by example to encourage shareholders to contribute further. It's always encouraging when those at the top do so. I think this shields him/reduces the pressure from that expectation to a degree & will more so going forward with time. Doesn't mean it's good or bad necessarily
