    I think SNAP was said to have around 900 existing customers, and the 2nd tranch of shares for payment for SNAP may be worth considerably more when completed in around a year (from memory). Meaning the value of the transaction might be closer to 5/10 mil than 3 (hopefully). SNAP already have experience with smart glasses,and we are taking on a team of around 10 of their personnel. On the face of it, I'm not sure what's not to like really.
