What i am about to say has a big but, so read to end. I have a feeling we weren't asked to bid on the defence contract . The last few para of the business news article quotes paul as saying "there have been requirements for this type of capacity in government applications but we can't get a look in"... "there is one under way, they have gone to 3 foreign companies..."
My guess is this is defence. The good news is that all 3 foreign companies are using our software to solve the problem.
So we will get the contract, but not direct with defence.
It is a guess that this is for defence though.
