I think that there are legitimate pros and cons regarding the divestment. It is not an unambiguous transaction one way or the other. However, I believe the mega capital raising at 14c per share was a huge mistake. If a smaller CR was made to HP and a subsequent CR was made at 20c+, I would have preferred seeing RXL spending $5m on Mt Fisher- Mt Eureka with the view to selling it for $25m+ or alternatively developing the project in-house in 4-5 years. They appear to have given the asset away. The Royalty is OK but the cash consideration is way too low.
