I think KK realised early on that the historical non-JORC MRE was wrong. They were sold a puppy and then decided to cover it up.
If it was properly investigated by ASIC there could be a case for a lack of continuous disclosure.
The SS on the very best parts of the deposit are not even close to the 'high grade' part of the initial MRE. 1.6M oz @ 5g/t after 250,00m of drilling? Where is that in the SS?
KK needs to move on very quickly before this gets hung around his neck.
