- Class A performance shares - 60m on MRE of "a minimum 500,000 ounces of gold (AU) or gold equivalent ...... "
- Class B performance shares - 60m on "completion and announcement ....... provided that the total cumulative EBITDA over the project life is US50m"
KPIs, for the growth in the pie.
