    Only Hoayou paid a premium….
    And all got 1 for 3 option worth 25 cents plus as a sweetner.
    Still for Micro cap lithium play in Africa, given how the market has been…. I’d say it a very good result!
    Huayou are looking for a seat on the board, and have mining expertise.
    One day they will buy this for several hundred million.
