I have waiting for Class to be targeted for years.

I expected the buyer to be Xero and would have held for the long term.

I don't want to own HUB24 and have started releasing my stock into this morning's strength.

Class was always a solid, profitable debt free entity. It takes a booming market for companies to throw their stock in as consideration and have it accepted as a cash equivalent. That said, to me right me, cash is cash and I will simply add it to my reserves for deployment when there is less of it being thrown around.

I have altered my sentiment today to sell, though I presently hold as a little too many on hand without affecting price.
