Like you I just don’t get it.
Currently valued at 55 times underlying npat. …….. 30 times ebitda……….10 times revenue. Dividend of 1%.
if revenue doubles and cost ratio improves, this will still be an expensive stock. I reckon it has now justified the price it was 3 years ago. People buying at these prices are assuming the business will grow at the same rate again over the next 3 years. Not likely. This is a maturing business.
