Russia has had total global market of supplying enriched uranium for years
it took the U.S. over 2 years to pass the ban on Russian origin supply
pretty sure they have been working in that time on there in house enrichment before they made that step
as it stands they need about 50mlb per year to operate there current fleet of reactors
and homegrown is currently nowhere near that and the Biden administration is investing $3.4b
outside safe jurisdiction supply of uranium will be happily needed
