Is it just me or has someone jumped without thinking as this is the second retraction is there more to come, Hulaan are supported by deep pockets from the USA and seem like they are not happy with CXY loose statements. Is this the end or ?
On other matters the upside on what are ok marginal coal assets (do some research) is minimal ? so the question is where is the shareholder value, lots for the new guys plus management but not convinced there is a coherent plan yet for us buying or selling and as for the court case why would the gov settle likely cxy will walk away to clear it's liability. The funds in the company are not great and we do not have deep pockets enough to fight this.
What we are waiting for is something to happen Rob has been there nearly 12 months and we backed him and waiting for delivery share price is at the bottom, come on cougar we need you to make some noise
