So once the deal is done (presuming it is) then AA's interest will fall from 100m share at say 85cps = $85 million to say 100 million shares at say 35cps (guess) for a asset value of just $35 million
Given he took around $400 million out of the float all those years ago, and considering that he will have made a return on that over the years, then the rump of HUM, $35 -$40 million or whatever it trades at post the deal seems to me to be incidental for him.
So my view is he is cashing out, and will be selling Commercial either through the company or not. Maybe sells and HUM ends up as a $250m cash box...and then paid out and shut down...anyway just a thought.
