I will vote no to the takeover offer. Somehow I am not impressed with the offer and it is in my opinion that HUM worth more than what is on the table right now.
It is surprising that HUM's board was unable to negotiate a better deal, not even 5% or 1% better than the initial offer prior to Christmas.
Anyway, my vote makes tiny difference to the outcome.
I will vote no to the takeover offer. Somehow I am not impressed...
