sounds like a good way to go into receivershipHum has shown no ability to compete in the smaller end, so take over a competitor that has high bad debts and is also struggling at the smaller end - doesn’t seem sensible.
Adding our consumer finance and cards to a competitor who is also profitable, thus giving scale and synergies, at least has some potential
