LFS is now 1.68 and going nowhere. I’d rather take my chances with AA then own shares in cactus Latitude. If I wanted Latitude shares which I don’t, I can buy on market.
This transaction reeks and present no value now that LFS shares a down more than 15%.
By the time the transaction is complete, Latitude will be trading at $1.50 and worth peanuts.
