Correction, Latitude currently pays 10% whether that is sustainable is another question. They listed last year, have no track record of being a listed company so giving them an evaluation that all will be rosy is merely talk.
Until there is real substance it is just talk.
There is no liquidity in the stock, controlled by some private company in based Singapore.
