I became happier with the results the more I went through them and after the call. I think they have come out of the first half pretty well considering squeeze on margins and the drag from exiting the UK and various other products.

they were asked how they thought bad debts were going to track and they believed there would be an increase but on the whole seemed pretty happy how they were going.

I did find it a bit amusing how they had been eager to align themselves with BNPL but now are trying to distance themselves as far as possible.

I think H2 will see a decent profit and a bigger dividend and no chance of them going down like some of the other players.
