Commercial valuation I agree.
Consumer finance is not worth that kind of money. If it really was, surely another buyer would have reared their head to take up what Latitude wouldn’t.
What your numbers also don’t point to is a total lack of leadership on behalf of our previous board and a complete destruction of SP because they made it out like we own a spiralling debt trap like zip.
I believe HUM is worth more, don’t get me wrong. I just can’t see how we will achieve an improved SP when execution is always lagging behind and decisions don’t seem to get made.
