The board could do a CR, but spite is rarely a good reason to take a specific action and there's no guarantee AA wouldn't just throw millions more at HUMM. Based on the comment in the release, HUMM is well funded so there should be no specific need for a CR.
Rather than a buyback, I would prefer it if the company could just focus on growing revenue and profit.
