The chair says AA's action where emotion driven and inflammatory. And then goes on to air all his dirty laundry in order to defend herself.

Will be interesting to see the next steps. The board in it current form is untenable, but who is going to blink. I predict this becoming a legal issue, with HUMM shareholders picking up the tab.

I still think there is a profitable business here, and will continue to watch to re-enter. But the board needs to sort itself out, as the chair and AA are both carrying on with all the indications that it is more about them than shareholders.
