It's on Humm's announcement that 2022 is apart of the implementation timeline.
As for DOU, I doubt HUM will sell their 2.5 million investment but the other 9.5 mil raised comes into the market on the 7th and you'd be hoping they won't be dumping. Oddly enough, the closer the stock gets to 22, the less likely those instos will sell in the short term at least.
