Nearly everything they did was wrong
- Offer was too scrip heavy
- Providing confusing and contradictory information
- Constant negativity for HCF
- Letting LFS walk away with no penalty
- Burning shareholders time & millions of dollars on a transaction that went nowhere
- A few days left and not letting the vote run
- With the exception of JW the rest of the board have no skin in the game, hence barely have an interest to do what right and ethical
AA actions did not help but the onus and blame lies completely at the incompetence of the board. How on earth do these people become directors
