This is the key issue. They are for all intents and purposes working for Latitude now, not Humm, so the better the deal is for Humm shareholders the worse it is for them in their future roles.

in my15 years since starting invested in sharemarket and go through at least 10 takeover, never came across such situation where the board is so desperate for a deal until smash it’s own business. Worse case it is a script deal ! Give me a break please the humm board !
