I agree with your concerns but would just remind you that if this is a deliberate suppression on price with no underlying truth your best action as a holder is buy more.......
I'm not willing to sell any positions I have to pick up more as yet but am going to continue to pick up tid bits here and there as money becomes available.
I think rebuffing LFS was the right thing personally when looking at the long term, it just wasn't enough of a premium for a mainly scrip deal, in fact based on the cash on hand at HUM it was essentially a no cash deal.
This exposure is priced in 3 times over IMO.
