agree MTV. Shareholders like me who has bought from $2 to 40c (average @83c now with $120k) entrusting the board and ceo to look after us doesn’t seems like will be rewarded due to the fact that they all already been look after and may well agree with such an opportunistic offer ! I understand risk/rewards eg I buy in lithium in early days and make nice money and I also lost money on other companies. But to see RJ and the board overpromised underdelivered with no vision but to just break up the company and sell is just disappointing. Why then rebrand to humm ! They should have just reject LFS offer in the first place and say it is a low ball offer !
