Once the deal happens and hum is left as a stand alone commercial finance provider, I would assume the price to be a lot more than the ridiculous 20c being assigned to it! The market has never been interested in, or prepared to value Hum as a diversified financial company and just saw it as a me too BNPL. This might be a case of the parts being worth more than the whole.
