As they are talking of 30-40% pay out ..I assume that would be from the $100m profit?? ie. $30-$40m somewhere between .06c to .08c
So mu valuations based on divi are
Assuming 5% return is good , in the range of
FF- $2.4-3.2
UF- $3.12-4.16
