Morningstar have done a fresh analysis based on Thursdays presentation (not the qualitative stuff than comes for free with trading platforms, but a proper analysis). They are mildly optimistic, have raised their fair value yo $1.40, although don’t think they will achieve their npat forecast, as they think it costs more to win BNPL customers overseas than companies forecast.
they feel it is very cheap and the turn around is progressing. They tend to be very conservative in fair values and never over hype which is why I like them. Unfortunately I don’t see the market rerating for some time…..
