my vote so far is NO for the deal, it's very opportunistic at this low level when market is down and HUM under RJ has done all the hard work.
This will make history at the lower end at $375m in comparison to APT which got acquired for $37b.
More offers were in the air, where are they and why have they not come out.
How much longer can someone hold this down when all valuations are coming way north.
