This stock is suppressed. If the HUM price shot up the LFS deal would not appear adequate. PE owns most of LFS and they would be involved in the shorting through third parties....shorting is currently at its highest levels EVER.
Best strategy is to hold, wait for deal execution and retain LFS stock. Do not sell as HUM is trading at about half what its worth.
