True, we are tadpoles... but so will AA be if LFS buys us out (well, buys out part of HUM). His new LFS holding wouldn't even get him a seat on the board, meaning he would be at the whim of the large SHs. I wonder if AA likes the idea of him being nothing but a tadpole; I guess we'll find out soon enough.

I don't want to divest myself of HUM's business, too much upside potential, so I'm supportive of a scrip offer. I would just prefer to take on shares of a company I think is actually going to succeed; and be reasonably compensated for the upside of what I own.

Changed my sentiment to None. It would be Buy at this level if not for the state of the global markets and the LFS offer. I will continue to Hold, but I think the risk to share value is increasing.
