Wow. Both of these announcements are well overdue. Good news. Let the bidding commence. Private Equity could make a motza on this, and then we have WBC in the wings. This acquisition would be perfect for Westpac IMO - to acquire a profitable business, add to their loan book and leverage the BNPL technology and potential runway. HUM is way undervalued. Let's see who opens the cheque books, and how much.
